Swiss roll with bananas

INGREDIENTS

4 egg whites
4 tbsp water, cold
200 g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
4 egg yolks
60 g flour
60 g cornstarch

1 tsp, grated baking powder
30 g cocoa powder
some sugar for sprinkling
2 cups of cream
2 bags of vanilla sugar
2 bags of cream stiffener
2 banana(s) or 1 Can of peaches Powdered
sugar for dusting

Preparation:

1. Simply beat the egg whites with the cold water until foamy. Then mix the sugar with vanilla sugar and slowly let it trickle in while beating. Continue beating for about 1 minute more. Then slowly add the egg yolks one at a time at low speed.
2. Now mix the flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder and stir in briefly at the lowest level. Complete with the dough scraper until everything is mixed in.
