Super delicious pizza pockets that everyone loves


For the dough

420 g flour

1 pack of dry yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

50 g butter

250 ml milk


For the filling

100 g salami

100 g ham

1 small. Can of tomatoes, chunky, approx. 200 g

a little salt and pepper

a little oregano


Mix the flour and dry yeast well and work with salt, sugar, butter and lukewarm milk using the dough hook to form a smooth dough. Let rise in a bowl, covered with a damp cloth, in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the salami and ham into small cubes, mix with the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat, fan oven 200 °C.
