Stuffed boneless chicken

Preparation:

Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until fully cooked and golden brown, making sure to break it up well during cooking.
Add the chopped raisins and the peeled and chopped Golden Apple into small cubes to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the apple is soft.
Pour the red wine into the pan and cook over medium heat until it is reduced by half.
Add the chicken stock to the mixture and let it cook for a few more minutes. Then season with black pepper and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients for the filling well and remove the pan from the heat.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Stuff the boneless chicken with the prepared mixture, making sure to distribute the stuffing evenly.
Carefully close the chicken and roll the skin around the stuffing. Tie the chicken with kitchen twine to keep it closed.
Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and drizzle the skin with a little olive oil.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve the boneless chicken stuffed with a sauce made from the cooking juices of the chicken, if desired.
