Strudel with cherries and almonds, this recipe is a real bomb!

Ingredients:

For strudel (approx. 40 cm)
For the filling:
30 g fresh breadcrumbs
60 g ground almonds
50g brown sugar
grated peel of 1 orange
700g cherries
For dough:
3 sheets of thin cake dough
30g melted butter
2 tablespoons almonds cut into strips
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs, almonds, sugar and orange zest. Wash the cherries, tear off the stems and remove the stones, then add them to the filling bowl and mix with the other
ingredients.
Place 1 sheet of dough on a napkin and brush with butter. Place the second and third sheets on top and brush each lightly with butter.
