Ingredients
125 g sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
70 ml oil
140g flour
1/2 bag of baking powder, sifted
80ml Fanta
Mix sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until foamy. Add oil, flour and baking powder and finally stir in Fanta.
Grease a small tray (30 x 22 cm) or a springform pan (26 cm) and line it with baking paper.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
After cooling, remove the baking paper and put the base back into the mold.
