Ingredients
For the dough:
180 g Butter
150 g Puderzucker
1 pack vanilla sugar
6 Eigelb
225 g Mehl
4 TL Backpulver
5 EL Milch
For the meringue topping:
6 egg whites
200g powdered sugar
For the filling:
500 ml whipped cream
3 EL Erdbeerkonfitüre
4 tbsp powdered sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
2 Pck. Stagesteif
500 g Erdbeeren
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
To make the dough, mix the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy and gradually add the egg yolks, stirring constantly. Mix the flour with baking powder, sift over it and stir in the milk. Spread the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. For the meringue topping, briefly beat the egg whites, slowly pour in the sugar and beat until stiff. Spread the egg whites evenly on the dough and bake in the lower half of the preheated oven at 180
