4 egg yolks
60 g icing sugar
70 g flour
1 pinch(s) of baking powder
110 g sugar
4 egg whites
250 g strawberries
¼ liter whipping cream, (cream, sweet cream)
icing
sugar Jam
Preparation
Make a sponge cake from the first 5 ingredients, then beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff.
Spread the biscuit dough in strips on the tray, add the snow in between, bake at 150° for about 1/2 hour.
Cut the base into two equal parts. Spread one of them with jam.
