Sprinkled mug cake with apples, incredibly delicious

Ingredients

2.5 kg apples (e.g. Boskop)
320 g sugar
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 lemon
500 g soft wheat semolina
500 g wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
200 g cold butter
Icing sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

1 First wash the apples, quarter them and core them and grate coarsely with a kitchen grater. Then squeeze the lemon and add 3 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice to the apples and mix. Then mix semolina, flour, baking powder and sugar.
2 Now grease a deep baking tray (35 x 24 cm) and dust it with flour. Then sprinkle with a third of the semolina-flour mixture so that the bottom of the tray is completely covered.
