SPANISH WIND IN THE BEST WAY

Ingredients

Peels

– 12 egg whites
– 660 g of sugar
– lemon juice

Phil

– 12 egg yolks
– 7.5 dl milk
– 250 g butter
– 50 g cooking chocolate
– 2 vanilla sugar

– 7 spoons of sugar
– 200 g ground walnuts
– 100 g ground fried hazelnuts
– 1/2 l whipping cream or 4 whipping cream cream
– 7 spoons of flour or thick

Preparation

Beat 4 egg whites and 220 g of sugar. At the end, add a little lemon juice.

When you have whipped hard snow, put it in a mold and then in the oven.

Bake (dry) the crust at 110-120 °C for about 60 min.

Bake these 3 crusts and leave them to dry for at least 3 hours.

Put the milk on the fire to boil. In the meantime, beat 12 egg yolks with 7 spoons of sugar, 7 spoons of cream and 2 vanilla-sugar.

When the milk boils, pour the beaten mixture of egg yolks, sugar and thickeners into it and mix until it thickens.

Leave to cool. Add butter to the cooled mixture and beat well.
