Soo creamy & delicious, apple tiramisu!

Ingredients:

480 g quark
some lemon(s), grated zest
750 g applesauce
36 biscuits (shortbread biscuits)
Cinnamon
250 g cream
100g sugar
3 packs of vanilla sugar

Preparation:

1. Beat the cream until stiff. Beat the quark with vanilla sugar, sugar and lemon zest until the sugar has dissolved, this takes 1-2 minutes. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
2. Place the butter cookies in a mold as the first layer (I used a brownie mold, so exactly 16 cookies were enough for the first layer). Now put a good half of the applesauce on the cookies, then half of the curd cream. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Repeat the same procedure so that the tiramisu ends with the quark cream. Dust some cinnamon again on the cream and keep the tiramisu cool.
