Soft yogurt cake: the simple and delicious recipe

Directions:

Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt. Then add the seed oil and yogurt.
Separately, mix the semolina flour and baking powder, then incorporate them into the dough.

Pour about half of the batter into a buttered cake mold, then bake at 150° for 12-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing the cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and cornstarch.
Then add the eggs.
Pour the filling onto the cake, level well and cover with dough.
Finish cooking at 150° for another hour.
Prepare the syrup by mixing the water and sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil and add the lemon juice.
Moisten the cake and let it cool.
Decorate as you wish, for example with crushed pistachios.
