Snow White Quark

White as snow, red as blood and black as ebony – this fairytale dessert in a glass promises pure enjoyment. The eye-catcher is prepared quickly and can also be perfectly prepared. Enjoy the creamy pleasure.

Schneewittchen Quark

 

Ingredients

1 glass of sour cherries
2 heaped teaspoons of cornstarch
250 ml cream
400 g low-fat quark
70g sugar
2 packs of vanilla sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
6 tbsp milk

Instructions

Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Mix the cornstarch with a sip of cold water until smooth, bring the juice to the boil and stir in the mixed cornstarch. Allow to thicken while stirring and fold in the cherries. Allow to cool completely.
Whip the cream. Mix low-fat quark with sugar and vanilla sugar and fold in the cream. Divide the mixture into two bowls and stir the cocoa powder and milk into one half.
