preparation:

1. Pour the flour into a bowl and mix it with the baking powder. Put the butter in a saucepan, add water and salt and mix well, on low heat, until homogenized.
2. Add the flour and mix well.
3. Using a mixer, beat the eggs, then gradually add them to the dough.
4. Pour half of the dough into a baking tray covered with aluminum foil. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

5. For the cream, beat the eggs foam. Add a little milk, the starch and mix well.
6. Boil the remaining milk on low heat. Add the sugar, vanilla and mix well, until the first boil.
7. In the same way, we prepare the 2nd top.
8. Pour the hot milk into the previously prepared composition. We mix well.
9. Put the cream to boil on low heat. After homogenization, take the pot off the heat and let it cool.
10. Using a mixer, beat the butter and then add the cream, mixing continuously.
11. Cover the first surface with the previously prepared cream and cover with the second. At the end, we decorate with powdered sugar.
