ingredients:
– 500 g of baklava crust
– 300 g of ground walnuts
– 4 tablespoons of sugar
– 4 tablespoons of semolina
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 300 ml of oil
– a little butter
Dressing:
– 600 ml of water
– 600 g of sugar
– 1 vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Place ground walnuts, vanilla sugar, 4 spoons of sugar and semolina in a bowl.
Add 100 ml of oil, if desired, juice of 1 lemon or a little water, then mix everything well.
Place 1 crust on the worktop, sprinkle with a little oil in which we melted a piece of butter, and cover with another crust.
Put the walnut filling on one end, then roll it up.
Place the prepared “roll” in a greased baking tray.
