Method of preparation:

In a bowl, pour the warm milk and add the sugar and instant yeast, mixing well.
Add the melted butter and sifted flour, vanilla essence or vanilla sugar and salt. Knead until you get a flexible and non-sticky dough.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 1.5 hours.
After the dough has risen, divide it into 9 equal parts and form balls. Let them rise for another 15 minutes.
