SHUBARICE WITH JAFFA BISCUIT

Ingredients:

For the crust:
– 4 eggs
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 spoons of warm water
– 1 baking powder
– 7 spoons of flour
– 2 spoons of cocoa
For the filling:
– 4 dcl of milk
– 4 tablespoons of flour
– 200 g of sugar
– 200 g of margarine

Other:

– 200 g of coconut
– 3 bags of mini jafa biscuits (softy)
Preparation of the crust:
Beat eggs with sugar, then add water and specially mixed flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Pour the whipped mixture into a pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a heated oven at 200°C until golden brown.
When the crust has cooled, use a small glass to take out circles.
