INGREDIENTS
200 g basmati rice
Salt and pepper
2 onions
4 pork schnitzels ( 150 g each )
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sweet pepper
100 ml white wine
150 g whipped cream
1 tbsp mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Peel the onions, halve them and cut them into strips. Pat the meat dry and cut into strips.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the meat vigorously while turning. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat and fry the onion strips in it for about 3 minutes. Dust with paprika and stir. Pour in the wine and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes.
