Ingredients:
For the ground:
5 eggs
150g flour
5 tbsp cocoa powder
220g butter
220g sugar
1 pack of baking powder
For covering:
2 cups of sour cream
450 ml cream
4 tbsp sugar
1 ½ pack of cream powder (vanilla cream of paradise)
Speculoos cookies
Preparation:
Simply make a batter from the ingredients for the base. Spread this on a tray (30 x 40 cm) and bake at 180°C (fan oven, preheated) for about 15 to 20 minutes.
(In my opinion it is not necessary to grease the tray as the dough is already fat enough?
