Roast beef in the oven with mushroom sauce

Ingredients: For 6 people

For the roast beef
1 roast beef or veal (about 1.2 kg)
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic puree
4 shallots or 1 large onion
1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 to 2 teaspoons paprika (sweet pepper)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt pepper
1 tablespoon butter
400 g of button mushrooms
250 ml of whole liquid cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch or flour
5 sprigs of chopped flat-leaf parsley

For the potatoes
800 g of new potatoes
4 to 5 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of grated garlic or 1 teaspoon of dried garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika (sweet pepper)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt pepper

Preparation :

Wash and chop the onion, garlic and parsley.
In a bowl, put the sweet pepper, garlic puree (or grated garlic cloves), soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, dried herbs (oregano, thyme), dried garlic and onion, salt and pepper and a little water to dilute the marinade.
