Ricotta and Lemon Tart (Italian Recipe)

Ingredients: For 6 people

For the shortcrust pastry (24 cm cake tin)
300 g flour
90 g butter
90 g sugar
2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or 8g vanilla sugar
14 g baking powder
1 good pinch of salt

For the cream:
500 g ricotta
100 g caster sugar
1 egg

50 g of almond powder
1 yellow lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or liquid
1 pinch of salt

For garnish :
Slivered almonds
Powdered sugar
Icing sugar
