ingredients:
Bark
– 5 eggs
– 5 spoons of sugar
– 5 spoons of flour
– 1.5 spoons of cocoa
Syrup
– 250 g of sugar
– 350 ml of water
Phil
– 500 ml of milk + 100 ml of milk to mix the flour and sugar
– 9 spoons of sugar
– 9 spoons of flour
– 250 g of margarine or butter
– 3 bags of vanilla sugar
Topping
– 100 g of milk chocolate
– 3 spoons of sunflower oil
Instructions :
Beat 5 eggs, 5 spoons of sugar and 5 spoons of flour, add 1.5 spoons of cocoa. Pour all this into a greased tray and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cover the baked cake with a syrup of 350 ml of water and 250 g of sugar, which has been boiled and cooled.
Boil 500 ml of milk with 3 spoons of sugar, and especially dissolve 6 spoons of sugar and 6 spoons of flour in 100 ml of milk. Pour this mass into boiled milk and cook for two or three minutes.
