Quick Tea Cookies (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients:

  • 30g Butter
  • 40-50g Dates
  • 1 Egg White
  • 85g Coconut Flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, blend dates until they form a sticky paste.
  3. In a bowl, combine the date paste with butter, egg white, and coconut flakes. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form small cookie rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
