  • Banana.
  • Cranberries 80g ≈ 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 80g ≈ 3/4 cup

Blend Your Oatmeal and Apples

First things first, let’s prepare our oatmeal and apples. Take 220 grams of oatmeal and blend it until it reaches a fine consistency. Next, grab two large apples, leave the skin on for added nutrients, and slice them into smaller pieces. Blend the apples with a splash of lemon juice until they’re nicely diced.
