Quick cheesecake with addictive factor!

Step-by-step instructions: Enjoy in no time
Prepare the biscuit base
Crush your favorite cookies (eg. shortbread or graham crackers) in a food processor or in a freezer bag with a rolling pin. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into a springform pan to form the base.
Mix the filling
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Then pour this mixture over the cookie base in the springform pan.
Bake
Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven at 160°C for about 40-50 minutes. The cheesecake is ready when the center is almost set but still wobbles slightly.
Cool down and enjoy
Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan before removing it from the pan. For the best flavor experience, chill it in the refrigerator for a few hours (or overnight) before serving.
