Quick cheesecake muffins

Ingredients
muffins
750 g low-fat quark
160 g sugar or erythritol
2 eggs
2 packs of vanilla pudding powder
75 ml neutral oil
1 ORGANIC lemon (juice and peel)
Sprinkles (optional)
100g butter
75g sugar
200g flour

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170° (O/U heat) and line a muffin tin with muffin cups.
Grate the zest of the lemon and then squeeze it out. Mix all the ingredients together well and pour into the molds.
Optionally, you can top the muffins with sprinkles before baking. To do this, knead all the ingredients by hand or with a food
