Method of preparation:

Adding the eggs and liquid ingredients : Fold the eggs into the butter and sugar mixture, mixing well. Add the kefir, salt, vanilla sugar and mix again until smooth.
Incorporating the flour and baking powder : Gradually add the ground oat flour and wheat flour, along with the baking powder, mixing continuously.
The dough should have the consistency of thick cream. At this stage, you can add lemon zest for flavor, or orange zest as an alternative.
Preparing the apples : Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes or thin slices. Add them to the batter and mix well.
Preparation of the baking form : Pour the dough into a 27×22 cm pan, lined with baking paper or greased with oil.
Baking : Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake for about 40 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven. Check with a toothpick if the pie is cooked inside.
Decoration : After the pie has cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar on top for a decorative look.
