Purely addictive! Better than yogurt cake!

Ingredients

Custard cream:
1 egg
30 g (2 1/2 tbsp) cornstarch
70 g (4.5 tbsp) sugar
1 tsp vanilla

350 ml (1 2/3 cups / 12 fl oz) milk
70 g butter
250 g mascarpone

Dough :
100 g (3.5 oz) butter (room temperature)
a pinch of salt
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
4 egg yolks

100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) milk
150 g ( 1 cup / 5.3 oz) flour
5 g (1 tsp) baking powder

Merengue :
4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
