INGREDIENTS
1 puff pastry sheet
Hazelnut cream
Melted
butter
Icing
sugar Sugar
Milk
METHOD
Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal parts.
Make several vertical cuts in each half without reaching the edges. Brush with melted butter and fold the piece of puff pastry horizontally.
Place the dough with the cuts facing down. Place hazelnut cream in the middle of the dough, then fold into a triangle.
