Puff pastry sticks with ham and cheese only 4 ingredients

Ingredients:

1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf, rectangular
250 g sour cream
120 g smoked ham, diced beef or lamb
150 g cheese, grated

Preparation:

1. First roll out the puff pastry and spread half of the sour cream on one half of the dough. Then spread half of the ham cubes and the cheese on top. Then fold the side of the puff pastry that is not covered over the other side.
2. Spread half of the dough again with the remaining sour cream and then add the diced ham and grated cheese on top. Next, fold the unpainted half of the dough over it.
