PRINCESS VANILLA: FINE AND VERY SIMPLE

Ingredients

For the cover:

– 5 egg whites
– 1 package of vanilla pudding powder
– 1 tablespoon of flour
– 5 tablespoons of sugar
– 3 tablespoons of oil

Cream:

– 6.5 dl of milk
– 5 egg yolks
– 2 wrappers of vanilla pudding
– 150 g of powdered sugar
– 2 bags of vanilla sugar
– 100 g of butter

– 2 dl of tightly whipped sweet cream or if you prefer butter cream without cream, then add only 180 g of butter

– 2-3 bananas or about 200 g of seasonal fruit as desired, fresh strawberries or raspberries are perfect

For decoration:

– coarsely grated white chocolate or sweet cream

Preparation:

For the crust, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff, slowly adding the sugar, then add the required amount of oil, pudding powder and flour, mix evenly.

Line a large baking sheet (40Γ—30 cm) with baking paper, pour the mixture into it, level it slightly with a spoon and bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for about 20-25 minutes, until the crust is lightly browned.

Cool the crust and cut it into 3 equal parts along the length of the sheet, then carefully separate it from the baking paper, carefully, because the crust will be extremely thin and soft.

For the cream, separate 1.5 dl from the total amount of milk in which to mix the pudding powder, egg yolks and vanilla sugar. Gently boil the pudding mixture in the boiled milk and cook until it thickens completely.
