Pralines: the quick and easy recipe to prepare them at home

Quickly work in with a spatula

Pour the melted chocolate into a special silicone chocolate mold until half full. Then put 1 whole roasted hazelnut in each cell

Using a piping bag, cover the hazelnuts up to the edges with melted chocolate.

Remove excess chocolate with a spatula

Gently tap the mold on the work surface at least twice to remove any air bubbles.

Continue preparing the pralines until the ingredients are used up, always making sure to smooth the surface with a spatula.

Arrange the silicone molds on a tray so that they remain flat and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Step 15
After the resting time has elapsed, remove the chocolates from the mold by applying light pressure with your fingers.
Step 16
Distribute the chocolates on a serving plate, bring to the table and serve.
Storage :
The chocolates can be stored at room temperature, in a tin and away from any heat source, for a maximum of 1 week.
