Poppy seed cake with vanilla cream

The dough should only brown slightly, otherwise it will become dry.

As soon as the stick test is successful, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.

Cook the pudding according to instructions and allow to cool.

Mix 250 grams of soft butter and 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar until fluffy.

Add the cooled pudding a spoonful at a time and mix well. Spread everything on the poppy seed dough.

For the chocolate icing, mix 2 eggs, 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa.

Allow the coconut oil to slowly melt and add it to the remaining mixture.

Then carefully spread it over the pudding cream and chill for at least 3 hours.

Best overnight. Complete. Tastes delicious.
