Poppy seed cake with vanilla cream

Ingredients

500g butter

5 eggs

250g sugar

1 pack vanilla sugar

250 g flour

1 pack of baking powder

1 pinch(s) of salt

1 cup sour cream

250 g poppy seeds

1 pack pudding powder, vanilla flavor

12 tbsp powdered sugar

2 tbsp cocoa powder

250 g coconut oil

500 ml milk

preparation

Mix 250 grams of butter, 3 eggs, 250 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt and sour cream until creamy. Add flour and poppy seeds.

Line a baking tray with baking paper or grease the tray and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Spread the dough on top and put it in the oven at 150°C for approx. 20 to 30 minutes.
