INGREDIENTS
100 g butter
100 g sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
150 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
100 g sugar
100 g melted butter
200 g low-fat quark
½ pack of vanilla pudding powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 175°C and prepare muffin tin.
Knead shortcrust pastry from butter, sugar, cocoa powder, flour and baking powder.
Pour two thirds of the dough into the molds.
