INGREDIENTS

Dough:
500 g puff pastry
Cream:
1000 ml water
3 bal. Strawberry pudding
300 g kr. Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7 pieces white
300 g strawberries
whipped cream:
400 ml whipped cream
40 g powdered sugar
2 bal. Hardener
We will also need:
250 g kr. Sugar
130 ml water
1 teaspoon vinegar (20 percent)

Preparation

We prepare a 36 x 24 cm baking tray.
We divide it in half. We bake the dough on the plate in gold at 180 degrees. Bake to cool.
A sheet of dough is placed in the top plate.
Strawberries are washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces.
Blend with sugar (150 g) into the foam.
Mix the pudding powder and the remaining water with kr in water (200 ml) . Add sugar (150 g) and let it warm up to vanilla.
