INGREDIENTS:
125 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
125g butter
150 g sugar, brown
3 egg(s)
75g flour
250 g cream cheese, (Philadelphia Balance)
50g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
Preparation:
1. First preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Now carefully melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath while stirring. Beat 2 eggs with the brown sugar until fluffy, add the chocolate mixture and mix everything with the flour.
