Phenomenal Bueno cake

Prepare the
egg whites: Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and stir in the oil.
Make the dough: Mix baking powder with flour and carefully fold into the beaten egg whites.
Baking: Bake in a 24 cm cake tin at 180 °C for approx. 12 – 15 minutes.

Assembly
Nutella layer: Spread the cooled dough with Nutella and top with butter biscuits dipped in milk.
Vanilla cream layer: Spread half of the vanilla cream on top and top with another layer of cookies.
Chocolate cream layer: Mix the melted chocolate into the remaining vanilla cream and spread over the cookies.
Cream layer: Beat the cream with sugar and cream stiffener and spread over the chocolate cream.
