Perfect fruit cake: Strawberries, cream, soft crust – VIDEO RECIPE

The bark must dry well as for a pacifier. Add sugar to 500 ml of water, and when it boils, add the cleaned strawberries to cook and boil until 1/3 of the mass, then add the pudding. Cool down a bit.

Spread the yellow crust with the fruit part of the strawberry, put whipped cream on top of the strawberries (you can leave a little to coat the sides).

A light crust goes over the whipped cream. You can sprinkle powdered sugar over the light crust. The cake must be left overnight to cool down and absorb the juices
