Ingredients
For the yellow crust:
– 4 egg yolks
– 100 g of butter
– 100 g of sugar
– 130 g of flour
– 5 tablespoons of water
– 100 ml of milk
– 1/2 baking powder
For a light crust:
– 4 egg whites
– 100 g of sugar
– 1 full spoon of thickeners or flour
For the fruit part:
– 600 g of strawberries
– 500 ml of water
– 3 tablespoons of sugar
– 2 sweet cream puddings
Whip cream:
– 200 ml of sweet cream or whipped cream
Preparation:
Beat butter with a little sugar, add egg yolk, flour with baking powder, water and milk.
Equalize everything and pour it into a greased tray or onto a baking sheet. Casserole size 30×25. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 25 min.
Beat egg whites with sugar, add thickness, smooth and bake at 170 degrees C for about 90 minutes.
