Peach pie, you’ve never tasted anything like it!

Ingredients

1 liter of milk
10 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons starch
2 tablespoons flour
4 eggs
1 vanilla sugar
250 g cream cheese
approx. 800 g peaches, fresh or from compote
2 boxes of cookies

preparation

Bring the milk and 5 tablespoons of sugar to the boil. In another bowl, mix eggs, starch, flour and vanilla sugar.
When the milk boils, pour a little into the mixture, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Cook for two or three minutes, remove
from the heat and stir in the cheese. Allow to cool, then refrigerate to cool and set.
Cut peaches into smaller pieces, leaving one or two if you like for decoration.
