Paprika Chicken with Rice

Instructions:

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and heat a non-stick pan.
  2. Cut the pepper into strips and the onion into fine cubes.
  3. Fry the chicken fillet pieces on both sides in the hot pan for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove the (undercooked) chicken from the pan and sauté the vegetables.
  5. Add the cooking cream and stir in the tomato paste along with the paprika powder.
  6. Cook the chicken breast fillet in the gently simmering sauce for another 5-10 minutes.
