ORIGINAL RECIPE FOR ITALIAN TIRAMISA

Ingredients

– 4 egg yolks
– 100 g of powdered sugar
– 500 g of mascarpone cheese
– 250 ml of sweet cream
– 2 large packages of biscuits (48 pieces)
– 2.5 dcl of brewed strong black coffee
– a little rum

Preparation

Mix the egg yolks with powdered sugar and let it steam until it thickens. When it cools down, add the mascarpone cheese and beat a little. Whip the sweet cream separately and add it to the previous mixture and beat again with a mixer.
