Orange pudding muffin: the recipe for irresistible treats

Ingredients:

For the muffins:

1 egg

100 g granulated sugar

8 g vanillin

100 ml oil

Grated orange peel

150 ml orange juice

230 g flour

15 g baking powder

For the vanilla pudding:

1 egg

50 g granulated sugar

150 ml orange juice

Half a tablespoon of cornstarch

For decoration:

Apricot jam Grated

coconut

Directions :

Whisk egg and sugar together. Then add oil, grated orange peel and orange juice.
