Once you try this cake, you will forget about baklava and parties! The best watered cake

PREPARATION:

Let’s make the first dough – beat 5 eggs in a deep bowl and add 5 spoons of sugar. Beat with a mixer for 8-10 minutes or as needed until the sugar dissolves and you get a thick, creamy mixture.

Add sifted flour, baking powder, semolina, vanilla extract and chopped walnuts little by little while mixing gently. The dough should remain foamy and airy. At the end, add the grated chocolate, mix and pour into a greased medium-sized saucepan.
Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the second crust. The second crust is prepared in almost the same way as the first, except that walnuts and chocolate are not added to the dough.
After 10 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and evenly pour the yellow crust. Reduce the temperature to 175 degrees and bake for another 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the syrup.
Remove the cake from the oven and set aside. Pour the hot sherbet over the hot cake!
