Ingredients
3/4 cup chickpea flour
1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup (80-100g) dark chocolate eg 85% – cut into choc chip size pieces -or use choc chips π¬
Option: Handful of hazelnuts or walnuts toasted and chopped
