Ingredients
For the sponge cake: Chocolate sponge cake
2 eggs
100 g sugar
100 g butter, softened
70 g cocoa
80 g flour
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
For the meringue topping:
50 g butter, soft
50 g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
2 egg yolks
75 g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 egg whites
75 g sugar
50 g almond flakes
Aside from that:
1 jar of sour cherries
2 packs of cake glaze, red
400 ml cherry juice, from the sour cherries
For the cream: vanilla quark
200 ml milk
2 packs of cream powder (Quarkfein), vanilla flavour
500 g low-fat curd cheese
200 g sour cream
2 packs of cream stiffener
