No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Preparation of the filling:
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.

Mounting the pie:
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared crust.
Refrigeration:
Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Decoration:
Before serving, garnish the pie with whipped cream and crushed peanuts. You can also add a drizzle of melted peanut butter for extra flavor.

Advice :

Use a ready-made graham pie crust to save time.
Add chocolate by using a chocolate crust or chocolate sauce for topping. You can also sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
You can easily double the recipe to make two pies or prepare it in a 9×13 inch rectangular dish for pie bars.
This pie is also delicious frozen, with or without the whipped cream.
Add peanut butter pieces for extra topping.
