No Bake Chocolate Cake – Simple and Quick Recipe

Method of preparation:

Add 50 ml of oil and 200 ml of milk, mixing until you get a smooth consistency.
Pour the dough into a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the microwave for 6-7 minutes at 800-900 watts. Check with a toothpick if it’s ready; it should come out dry.

Preparation of the cream:
In a bowl, heat 170ml of milk and 30g of butter in the microwave until the butter is completely melted.
Add 170g of dark chocolate and let sit for 1-2 minutes to melt.
Mix well until smooth.
Place the bowl in another bowl of cold water and ice and beat with a mixer, starting on low speed and gradually increasing, for about 8 minutes until the cream is lighter in color and thicker.
Assembling the cake:
Cut the top into 3-4 layers.
For the syrup, mix 100 ml of milk with 10 g of vanilla sugar and soak each layer of the top well.
Divide the cream into 4 equal parts.
Alternate the top layers with the cream, making sure the last part of the cream covers both the top and the sides of the cake.
Decoration:
Melt 40 g of dark chocolate and mix with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Decorate the cake with a chocolate net on top.
Serve:
This no-bake chocolate cake is ready to be enjoyed! It is delicious and easy to prepare, perfect for any occasion.
