No-Bake Cake with Biscuits and Caramel Frosting: Flavorful Delight and Easy to Prepare

Method of preparation:

For the cream, mix the biscuits with the sugar in a blender.
Add 250ml of room temperature liquid whipping cream and mix to form a dough.
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes or use powdered gelatin.

Heat the gelatin in the microwave briefly and stir it into the batter.
Whisk the remaining 500ml of whipping cream in a bowl until stiff.
Add a quarter of the whipped cream mixture to the batter, then add another quarter, then pour the batter into the remaining whipped cream and mix until smooth.
Place the cream on top of the cookie sheet and let it harden in the fridge for a few hours.
For the caramel, hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water.
Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and caramelize over low heat.
Add the butter and then the cream, cook the mixture for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the hydrated gelatin.
Pour the caramel over the whipped cream and refrigerate for a few hours.
After solidification, decorate the cake with chopped caramelized almonds and serve.
