NO BAKE: APPLE AND BISCUIT CAKE

Ingredients

– 1.5 kg of apples
– juice of 1 lemon
– 400 g of sugar
– 600 ml of water
– 300 ml of water
– 3 pieces of Dolcela vanilla pudding (40 g)
– 400 g of petit biscuits
– 200 ml of sweet cream (for whipped cream)

Preparation

Peel the apples and grate them into a large bowl. Add lemon juice, sugar and water and cook everything together until the apples soften (about 15 minutes). Mix three pudding powders in the remaining 300 ml of water and add to the soft apples. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
